Dr. Michael McDonell is an Associate Professor in the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine and Director of the PRISM Collaborative at Washington State University. He is co-directing the CROP+TR project with Dr. Elizabeth Weybright.

Dr. Elizabeth Weybright is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development and the Interim Director of Extension's Youth and Families Unit at Washington State University. She is co-directing the CROP+TR project with Dr. Michael McDonell.

Co-Investigator & Needs Assessment Lead
Dr. Liat Kriegel is a social work researcher with expertise in qualitative and quantitative approaches to community asset mapping. She is leading the development and implementation of a needs assessment as well as asset mapping CROP+TR prevention intervention pilots.

Research Associate
Cassandra Watters is a Research Associate in the Department of Human Development's IMPACT Lab at Washington State University. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of CROP+TR.
